The place
Small, loud, and permanently full of people who work for themselves. The machine hisses, the window fogs up, and outside it is doing that flat Dutch rain. It is the sort of place where the barista recognises you on the third visit and where nobody minds that there is nowhere to sit.
Before you go
There is barely any seating. Take it to go and walk to the Vondelpark, which is a few minutes away.
