The place
On the Jan Pieter Heijestraat, a street that has quietly turned into the best few hundred metres of food in the city without anyone announcing it. Dark loaves in wooden crates, pastries under a cloth, and a wall of bottles for the evening. Go in for bread and leave with plans.
