The place
Pale wood, white tiles, a wood-fired oven at the back and a menu that changes with whatever the season actually has. It opened on the Javaplein when almost nothing else out here did, and it is still the reason people from the other side of town cycle east.
Before you go
Take the smaller dishes and share. The kitchen is better at three little things than at one big one.
