The place

An old pumping station at the edge of the Flevopark, with copper stills in the back and a tiny bar in the front. They distil on the premises and pour it into tulip glasses filled to the brim, which you bend down to. In summer you sit outside on the grass by the water and it does not feel like a city at all.
